Job summary

Staffmark Group is hiring an in-house temporary Recruiting Specialist for our West Monroe team. The ideal candidate will deliver outstanding customer service, greet visitors and candidates, and provide information in person and by phone.

A valid driver's license and auto insurance are required for this position. You will support the recruiting process, schedule interviews, and help manage candidate flow across the branch.

Qualifications

• 1 year of similar experience in customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for candidates and employees by greeting visitors and answering questions.
• Schedule application and interview appointments.
• Triage concerns and direct them to the correct team member for resolution.
• Maintain accurate documentation.
• Contribute to the candidate pool by assisting in the recruiting process.
