The role focuses on transactional real estate work with some dispute resolution and litigation management across regions. A 5+ year track record as a real estate attorney at a private firm or corporate setting is required;

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from ABA-accredited law school.
• Admitted to and in good standing with the applicable state bar.
• 5+ years of private practice or corporate counsel focused on transactional real estate.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate land purchase agreements, construction contracts, and related documents.
• Perform due diligence on land purchase transactions.
• Advise executives on legal risks and compliance.
