Vital Therapy supports growing our in-house therapy program with opportunities for on-going training, career development, and advancement within a network of facilities across Texas and Oklahoma.

• Current TX license.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients and residents as part of an in-house therapy team.
• Develop and implement rehab programs for balance, mobility, functional maintenance, and return to home.
• Collaborate with inter-disciplinary team and pursue ongoing training and career development.
