Job summary

Continuum Rehab Group in St. Louis is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our in-house therapy team serving Skilled Nursing/Long Term Care Facilities. You will provide rehabilitative services, helping residents regain function and improve quality of life.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited university with a PT degree.
• Valid PT license in the applicable state.

• Provide rehabilitative, skilled therapy to residents.
• Utilize evidence-based practice to guide interventions.
• Supervise PT aides, temporary licensees, students, and support staff as allowed.
• Counsel patients and families on treatment plans.
