Job summary

Vital Therapy’s AVIR AT PAMPA facility is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our dedicated in-house therapy team. You will treat orthopedic and neurological cases and have the opportunity to craft programs in cognition, mobility, balance, and wound care.

Ongoing training and career development are provided as part of a growing organization. We are a Texas-based network of over 50 skilled nursing and post-acute facilities, committed to in-house therapy and high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Texas PT license is required.
• Ability to design and implement therapy programs for orthopedic and neurological conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients with orthopedic and neurological conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on cognition, functional mobility, balance, and wound care.
• Collaborate with the in-house therapy team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Participate in ongoing training and career development within the organization.
