Flagship Therapy is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our in-house rehab program in Santa Barbara, CA. This full-time role offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to work with geriatric patients across post-acute and long-term care settings.

Pay ranges from $68 to $74 per hour, based on experience. A valid Physical Therapist license is required, and new grads are welcome to apply as part of our supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care; develop care plans.
• Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatments per regulatory standards.
• Stand, walk, and occasionally lift, transfer, and reposition patients and equipment as needed.
• Administer procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan, including manual techniques, ambulation, exercises, modalities, and wound care.
• Provide counseling to patients, families, and caregivers regarding physical disorders.
• Generate discharge summaries ensuring regulatory compliance.
