Job summary

Evolve Therapy Services, LLC is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist for an in-house Skilled Nursing Facility in Butler, AL. This PRN role focuses on delivering high-quality OT services to residents in accordance with current standards and the facility's care plans.

You will screen residents to determine the best interventions, evaluate progress, and develop short- and long-term goals with the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Must hold an Occupational Therapy degree.
• Active OT license in practicing state(s) is mandatory.
• Commitment to ongoing continuing education and licensure upkeep.

Responsibilities

• Screen residents to identify best OT intervention for each patient.
• Evaluate residents to develop treatment plans with goals.
• Interpret and communicate evaluation findings to residents, families, and team.
• Establish individual resident therapy schedules with the team.
• Deliver therapy per plan and document/bill services.
• Oversee COTA and ensure proper documentation and reimbursement.
