Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Screen residents to determine best intervention or treatment.
• Perform treatment plan and follow short- and long-term goals under supervising therapist.
• Interpret and communicate evaluation findings to residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Establish resident therapy schedules with team members.
• Conduct therapy according to treatment plan and document and bill services.
• Perform all other duties as assigned to effectively treat patients.
• Comply with CMS documentation standards of practice daily with point of care documentation.
