Rancho Seco Care Center is seeking a full-time therapist to join our in-house therapy team. You will evaluate patients, design intervention plans, and provide therapeutic treatments to improve function.

You will collaborate with the IDT and supervise assistants in a family-oriented environment. Responsibilities include initial patient evaluation, ongoing progress notes, discharge summaries, and participation in trainings.

Competenze

• Active State Licensure in California.
• Experience in rehabilitation therapy preferred.
• Ability to supervise assistants and collaborate with the therapy team.

Mansioni

• Assures efficient management of work processes.
• Provides initial evaluation of patient's abilities and designs intervention plans.
• Treats patients with therapeutic procedures to improve function.
• Supervises occupational therapy assistants, rehab aides, and students as applicable.
• Maintains accurate patient records and discharge summaries per policy.
• Communicates progress with supervisor and health team members.
