You'll manage litigation and regulatory matters, and have the opportunity to counsel Epic on its approach to an evolving competitive landscape. JD with 3-7 years of experience drafting motions and briefs, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases. Competition and regulatory litigation experience is a plus.
Strong academic and professional background.
Eye for detail, a creative mind and excellent communication, writing and analytic skills.
Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
