Costex Tractor Parts is seeking an experienced Licensed Customs Broker to lead our U.S. customs compliance and international trade programs.

This in-house role will oversee import clearance, tariff classification, duty optimization, and FTZ operations, collaborating with Purchasing, Logistics, and Finance. The ideal candidate has a CBP license, 5+ years in customs brokerage, and a proven ability to manage complex transactions while ensuring regulatory compliance across multiple agencies.

Formación

• Active U.S. Customs Broker License issued by CBP.
• Minimum of 5 years in customs brokerage or related field.
• Deep knowledge of CBP regulations, import entry procedures.
• Experience with HTSUS classification, valuation, origin determinations.
• Experience reviewing entries and managing clearance activities.
• ACE proficiency and CBP documentation requirements.
• Understanding of FTZ operations and related compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure CBP compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain customs compliance policies and controls.
• Review and approve customs entries and documentation.
• Oversee imports clearance at ports and airports.
• Coordinate with FDA, USDA, FCC, DOT/NHTSA and other agencies.
• Oversee FTZ admissions, entries, transfers, and reporting.
• Support export compliance (EAR/OFAC) and AES filings.
• Provide training and reporting to leadership.
