Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking an In-house Clinical Research Associate II in the United States. This role performs site management tasks in line with GCPs and SOPs, supporting CTMs and field CRAs while mentoring junior staff.

The position emphasizes coordination, regulatory compliance, and quality control across trial sites. The candidate will assist with feasibility, TMF coordination, EDcQ checks, and remote monitoring under supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in medical, biological, health sciences or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical research experience.
• Experience in Oncology studies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with site management activities per GCP and SOPs.
• Coordinate study materials shipment and TMF documentation.
• Support TMF quality control and ISF maintenance.
• Conduct monitoring visits under guidance of CRA/PM.
• Provide mentoring for in-house CRAs.
