Job summary

Staritas is seeking a seasoned In-House Legal Counsel to support and scale its global health technology business. The successful candidate will serve as a strategic legal partner, leading the negotiation and management of high-value agreements across North America, EMEA, and APAC.

Key responsibilities include drafting and reviewing complex global commercial agreements such as MSAs, technology licensing, and SaaS agreements, while advising on legal risks within a regulated health technology

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and active bar membership.
• 7–10+ years of relevant legal experience, including substantial in-house experience supporting commercial transactions.
• Experience with HIPAA and GDPR.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review high-value global commercial agreements (MSAs, technology licensing, SaaS).
• Negotiate terms and manage legal risks for a health technology business across NA, EMEA, and APAC.
• Advise on regulatory compliance in HIPAA and GDPR.
