Their operations span across cultivation, post-harvest, extraction, manufacturing, packaging, and distribution, and focus on safe, clean, and consistent products. The ideal candidate must be an expert in general corporate transactions, including corporate contracts, M&A, and business formation/dissolution. Core Skills:

The ideal candidate must be an expert in general corporate transactions, including corporate contracts, M&A, and business formation/dissolution. They must also possess knowledge of corporate financing structures such as Reg D, debt-raise, and debt-equity financing. Candidates must have strong interpersonal skills, and display the ability to communicate across the org chart. The legal team works in real time with operations personnel, c-suite leadership, and outside partners to manage a portfolio of business entities, so active communication and the ability to collaborate is paramount. Candidates will work hand-in-hand with the General Counsel, but must be able to tackle projects autonomously and show initiative to learn the business.
