Trash Gremlin Disposal & Gremlin Mover is seeking an In-House Counsel to serve as the legal backbone of a growing Lakehills, TX company operating in disposal and moving services.

You will draft, review, and negotiate contracts, provide day-to-day legal guidance to leadership and operations, and ensure regulatory compliance across related industries.

This role requires strong communication, negotiation skills, independence, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced business.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor and Texas Bar license required.
• 3+ years of legal experience, in-house or private practice.
• Experience in commercial contracts, business law, or regulatory compliance.
• Knowledge of transportation, logistics, or waste management regulations is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a practical, business-minded approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities
