Hcshiring has an in-house PRN opportunity for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide direct patient care under supervision in a home care setting. The role includes administrative duties as assigned and adherence to state laws and the supervising Occupational Therapist’s plan of care.

Key tasks include performing only qualified procedures, following the treatment plan, and offering recommendations for care modifications to the supervising OT.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant from an accredited program.
• Maintain a current, unrestricted OTA license in the assigned state.
• Adaptability, compassion, detail oriented, friendly & courteous.

Responsabilités

• Follow all state laws governing the provision of occupational therapy in home care under supervision.
• Follow the treatment plan defined by the supervising Occupational Therapist; perform only qualified procedures.
• Make recommendations for changes in the plan of care to the supervising Occupational Therapist.
