Neto Capital is seeking a Corporate Counsel to manage the in-house legal function, drafting and negotiating commercial and financing agreements, advising leadership on corporate and compliance matters, and coordinating with outside counsel. This hands-on role offers the chance to build legal processes and templates from the ground up.

Requirements include a J.D. from an accredited law school and active New York State Bar admission.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active admission to the New York State Bar in good standing.
• 3+ years in corporate law, commercial contracts, finance or related fields.

Responsabilités

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, financing documents, vendor and partner agreements, NDAs, and settlements.
• Advise leadership on corporate governance, contractual risk, compliance, and collections-related matters.
• Maintain corporate records, templates, matter tracking, and deadlines; coordinate with outside counsel.
