Job summary

Alira Health Boston, LLC is seeking an In-house Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to support clinical sites from approval through close-out. The role emphasizes data integrity with limited travel and close collaboration with field CRAs and PMs.

The position requires a BS/BA and 1–2 years of clinical research experience, with strong English communication and organizational skills. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity in the U.S. with a competitive salary range.

Qualifications

• BS/BA from an undergraduate program or equivalent experience
• 1–2 years of experience in clinical research
• Permanent authorization to work in the U.S.
• Fluent English in written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Develops study documents and tools, including ICF templates for local and central IRBs and site binder contents
• Supports sites in obtaining IRB approval and developing submission materials
• Responds to regulatory board requests for protocol and ICF clarification
• Ensures regulatory documents and approvals are in place before investigational product shipment
• Files and reviews regulatory documents in TMF and at sites
• Analyzes site performance and provides training to study sites
• Maintains communication with sites to ensure protocol/GCP compliance
• Reviews eCRFs remotely and resolves data queries with CRAs and data management
• Assists in recruiting investigative sites for studies
