Job summary

The PCA Group in Manhattan, NY is seeking an in-house part-time Content Creator to film, star in, and edit short-form content for our beauty brands. You will work four afternoons a week, both on camera and behind the scenes, turning ideas into scroll-stopping content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.

Ideal candidates have a portfolio of short-form videos, strong CapCut skills, and comfort on camera.

Qualifications

Portfolio of short-form videos (personal, brand, or UGC).
Strong CapCut skills and a feel for current editing styles.
Comfortable and natural on camera.
Knows what performs on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube Shorts.
Passion for beauty, skincare, and fragrance.
Owns basic equipment; company provides extra gear and space.
Reliable for a consistent Monday–Thursday schedule.

Responsibilities

Film, appear in, and edit short-form content across multiple beauty brands.
Create across formats: GRWMs, product demos, ASMR, talking head, voiceover, unboxings, and trend recreations.
Take direction from the social team and turn it into finished, platform-ready edits with quick turnaround.
Batch-shoot content to keep every brand’s calendar stocked.
Pitch your own ideas based on trends and what’s performing.
Collaborate with the social team on scripting and shot planning.
