Champion Window seeks experienced sales consultants for Sunroom and Window sales in a consultative, in-home setting. Leads are provided and training is paid, with a focus on building trust and presenting energy-efficient home improvements.

A strong drive to achieve, excellent communication and closing skills, and the ability to work with pre-qualified appointments are valued. Many opportunities for growth and a competitive compensation package are offered.

Qualifications

• HS degree or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree a plus.
• Ability to conduct in-home sales presentations and educate customers.
• Strong communication, persuasion and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home sales presentations by building trust and educating customers.
• Identify customer needs and use Champion’s sales approach to close deals.
• Negotiate and close the sale; participate in daily sales coaching sessions.
