Culligan 7TN is seeking an accomplished in-home sales professional to close high-ticket whole-home water filtration systems. The role focuses on generating new business, performing in-home water tests, and presenting tailored solutions to customers.

Ideal candidates have proven in-home sales experience, strong face-to-face communication, and are comfortable closing high-ticket sales in customers’ homes. Paid training is provided and comprehensive benefits accompany this position.

Qualifications

• Proven in-home sales experience in relevant categories.
• Strong face-to-face communication and objection handling skills.
• Comfortable presenting and closing high-ticket solutions in the home.
• Experience using iPad and Apple software for presentations, proposals, and daily operations.
• Experience with a CRM platform (Salesforce preferred).
• No water treatment experience necessary — paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through referrals, networking, and scheduled sales appointments.
• Conduct in-home or on-site water quality tests using purification technology.
• Present customized water solutions based on each customer’s needs.
• Create proposals, walk customers through financing options, and close sales.
