Carroll Water is seeking an in-home sales representative to meet homeowners at scheduled appointments in the Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Virginia markets. The role offers base pay plus commission with uncapped potential and bi-weekly pay.

Training is provided, and top performers earn $150,000+ annually. You will manage 40–50 appointments per month, engage in consultative sales, and build lasting customer relationships while working evenings and Saturdays.

• Experience in in-home or consultative sales is a plus.
