Heartstrings Pet Hospice in Massachusetts offers in-home veterinary services focusing on end-of-life care with private, family-owned values, no corporate pressure, and flexible scheduling.

As a veterinarian, you will provide in-home euthanasia, hospice and palliative care, quality-of-life consultations, and compassionate family support, with unhurried appointments and ongoing mentorship from a dedicated leadership team.

Qualifications

• DVM/VMD/BVMS degree required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to work independently in a mobile environment.
• Weekend availability on rotational basis.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home euthanasia and hospice/palliative care in clients' homes.
• Offer quality-of-life consultations for pets and families.
• Support families emotionally during end-of-life decisions.
• Collaborate with leadership for ongoing mentorship and professional growth.
