Job summary

Progressive Option Support Services, Union County, NJ, seeks licensed LMFT, LCSW, LPC or Psy.D./Ph.D. to provide Intensive In-Home Counseling (IIC) for children and adolescents. Bilingual-Spanish speaking is a plus.

Background check and driving record required. Full-time, part-time, or contract with supervision available for LACs/LSWs pursuing NJ licensure. Competitive pay and flexible schedules are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree or higher required.
• Licensed: LMFT, LCSW, LPC or Psy.D/Ph.D. (bilingual-Spanish Speaking a plus)
• Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Willing to travel
• Background check required
• Spanish speaking ability is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home/community counseling (IIC) to children and adolescents with emotional/behavioral needs.
• Follow individualized treatment plans to stabilize to prevent higher level of care.
• Provide behavioral interventions and management.
• Ensure complete and timely documentation of all activities.
• Use short-term evidence-based practices in counseling.
• Attend child family team meetings as needed.
• Schedule monthly supervision with Supervisor to discuss visits.
• Respond to texts/emails promptly.
• Collaborate weekly with case managers on family/youth progress
