Job summary

Walden Behavioral Care in Westborough, MA is seeking a licensed Therapist for the Monte Nido Walden DDS Program to provide in-person therapy to individuals with eating disorders and developmental disabilities, traveling to clients' homes or group homes across Massachusetts.

You will work with ASD, PDD, ID, and other neurodevelopmental conditions, collaborating with a Registered Dietitian and interdisciplinary team to address mental health and nutritional needs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Massachusetts license (LPC/LCSW/LMFT/BCBA or equivalent) is required.
• Experience with ASD/PDD/ID and neurodivergent populations is preferred.
• Ability to travel across Massachusetts to client locations is required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to client locations across Massachusetts to provide individualized therapy.
• Provide therapy to individuals with eating disorders and developmental disabilities (ASD/PDD/ID).
• Collaborate with a Registered Dietitian and interdisciplinary team on treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments and develop behavioral, emotional, and coping strategies for clients.
• Maintain detailed documentation of clinical sessions and treatment plans.
