Asurion seeks an In-Home Sales & Tech Support associate in Philadelphia for a full-time, in-home role that requires daily travel to customer residences. This entry-level position offers a base rate and incentives to help you build hands-on sales experience.

The role includes meeting customers where they are, solving tech issues, and selling Asurion solutions. Training is provided; travel up to 120 miles; evenings/weekends possible.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record with at least 1 year driving experience.
• A personal vehicle (excluding motorcycles).
• Comfortable working around household pets.
• Open-minded with a passion for learning a wide range of skills.
• Naturally outgoing individual who thrives in human interaction.
• Comfortable working in a sales environment with set targets.

Responsibilities

• Serve: Meet customers in-home, in-office, or wherever they are and exceed sales targets while providing excellent customer service.
• Solve: Address and resolve tech issues with clear, customer-friendly explanations and lasting resolutions.
• Sell: Present Asurion’s products, identify customer needs, and close appropriate sales.
