Home Helpers Hagerstown & Frederick is seeking an In-Home Support Specialist in Hancock, MD to provide personalized care and companionship to seniors and others in need, enabling them to live independently at home.

You will perform daily living assistance, light housekeeping, meal prep, and transportation support while following individual care plans and maintaining open communication with families and team members.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• A clean driving record
• Prior home care experience is a plus, but not required; comprehensive training is provided
• Access to email and a mobile device for communication
• A strong commitment to client confidentiality and ethical care standards
