Job summary

A Better Way Of Living is seeking personnel for Living Support Services in Albuquerque, NM. This part-time position focuses on delivering comprehensive home-based support to individuals to enhance independence, self-determination, and community integration.

The role includes personal care, health monitoring, and coordinating with therapy teams. The candidate should have a High School diploma or GED, be 18+, and commit to flexible hours to meet clients’ needs.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to communicate effectively with individuals and team members.

Responsibilities

• Participate in treatment team meetings.
• Provide therapeutic counseling or intervention as needed.
• Adapt environment to meet the needs of the individual.
• Work directly with individuals.
• Complete daily charting by noon the following day.
• Comply with all ABWL’s policies and procedures and with NM LTSD regulations.
• Attend necessary CAST and ABWL trainings.
• Provide transportation to activities as needed.
