Responsibilities
- Provide in-home care to individuals per ISP and safety standards.
- Prepare meals per dietary plans and support dining objectives.
- Keep the individual's home clean and safe; manage basic household tasks.
- Administer medications as directed and monitor health concerns, documenting care.
