Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients using appropriate assessments for speech, hearing, and language disorders.
• Assist in developing and updating individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor and document patient progress; communicate changes to physician and care team.
• Educate patients and caregivers on speech therapy strategies.
