You will assess and evaluate patient care needs related to speech and language disorders, and develop treatment plans aimed at improving communication, swallowing, and cognitive function in collaboration with the care team.

Responsibilities include applying state-defined practice standards, documenting progress, advising patients and families, and supporting care coordination.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist as per state requirements.
• CPR certification required by date of hire.
• Driver's license and access to dependable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provides services within the scope of practice as defined by state laws and plan of care.
• Evaluates function and assists in developing therapy plans with physicians.
• Helps patients communicate effectively and documents response to treatment.
