Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to deliver in-home assessment and therapy, focusing on hearing, swallowing, and language impairments.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in SLP required.
• Current unrestricted license to practice as an SLP in the state of the position.
• CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification current.
• Reliable transportation to/from care sites/work locations.
• One (1) year of professional SLP experience in home health or similar setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home programs for treating hearing, swallowing, and language impairments.
• Evaluate patient's speech and language abilities and perform reevaluations.
• Plan and provide rehabilitative services for speech and language conditions; select diagnostic/therapeutic techniques.
• Record treatment types and reactions in progress notes; maintain patient records including summary reports.
• Educate caregivers and family members in methods to assist patients.
