Responsibilities include ADL support, companionship, advocacy, and light housekeeping. The team offers paid orientation, flexible scheduling, and a supportive environment backed by decades of home care experience.

Qualifications

• Experience caring for individuals with developmental disabilities or similar settings.
• Ability to follow personalized care plans and maintain accurate notes.
• Commitment to safety, confidentiality, and respectful patient care.
• Must pass background checks (Live Scan) and TB test within the required period.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, and feeding.
• Provide respite support to family caregivers.
• Offer companionship and supervision to individuals with special needs.
• Support socialization and community outings.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Follow routines and behaviors outlined in care plans.
• Maintain accurate shift notes and progress updates.
• Collaborate with families and the caregiving team.
