Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking a Home Health Speech-Language Pathologist in Christiansburg, VA to provide personalized therapy in patients' homes. The ideal candidate will hold a Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology and an active Virginia SLP license. Responsibilities include developing treatment plans and collaborating with a professional team to improve communication and cognitive function. Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of speech therapy experience, preferably in home health.
• CPR certification required.
• Knowledge of state and federal home health regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide home-based speech therapy for communication, swallowing, or cognitive difficulties.
• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members including RN, LPN, CNA, HHA, PT, and OT.
