FOX Rehabilitation in Newburyport, MA is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to deliver one-on-one care to older adults in their homes or senior living communities. You’ll apply the Geriatric House Calls™ model to improve mobility, independence, and quality of life, with the freedom to craft your own schedule and build lasting patient relationships.

Qualifikationen

• Valid Speech Language Pathology license in the state(s) of practice.
• Degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
• Basic computer and EMR proficiency.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (ASHA CCC).

Aufgaben

• Provide one-on-one Speech Language Pathology to older adults in private residences or senior living communities.
• Perform evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment.
• Deliver therapy sessions that support wellness, longevity, mobility, and independence.
• Document effectively within FOX’s EMR system per regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and staff to promote safety and aging in place.
• Provide telehealth / virtual care when appropriate to extend access.
