Job summary
FOX Rehabilitation is expanding its Speech Language Pathology program in Mayfair, PA, offering in‑home, senior living, and telehealth care for older adults. As a licensed SLP, you will design and deliver individualized treatment plans and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize function and independence.

Qualifications
- Licensed Speech Language Pathologist in the state(s) of practice or eligible to obtain license
- Degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program
- Basic computer and EMR proficiency
- Current CPR certification
- Current ASHA CCC certification
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one Speech Language Pathology to older adults in home or senior living settings
- Perform evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
- Deliver therapy to support wellness, mobility and independence
- Document accurately in the EMR per regulatory standards
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (PTs, OTs, SLPs, Fitness Specialists)
- Educate patients, caregivers and staff to promote aging in place
- Provide telehealth/virtual care when appropriate
