Job summary

Golden Years In-Home Senior Care seeks caring, HCA-certified caregivers to support clients in their homes. You will ensure safety and well-being, tailor activities for engagement, and provide essential personal care and companionship across shifts.

Requirements include 1 year of caregiving experience, a valid driver’s license, and full vaccination or exemption. Travel up to 25 miles may be required; fingerprint clearance is needed, and a CA HCA certification can be obtained through us.

Qualifications

• 1 year of caregiving experience required.
• CA Home Care Aide (HCA) certification available through us.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Fully vaccinated or eligible for exemption.
• Current TB test or clear X-ray.
• Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan) required.
• Willing to travel up to 25 miles as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, light housework, and meal preparation.
• Run shopping and errands, offer companionship.
• Assist with incontinence and dementia care, transfers, and activities of daily living.
