Always Best Care is hiring Personal Care Assistants (PCA) to provide in-home care to seniors and assist with all aspects of personal care and daily tasks to help maintain independence in the Brunswick County, New Hanover County and surrounding areas.

This position offers a wage of $14.00–$18.00 per hour depending on experience. Bi-weekly pay, on-demand pay, paid overtime, bonuses, flexible schedule, training and referral programs are included to support our caregiving team.

Qualifications

• Availability to work on weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license with insurance.
• Must be able to provide in-home care prioritzing safety and dignity.

Responsabilités

• Assist with meals, light housekeeping, bathing, toileting, grooming and dressing.
• Provide companionship and social interaction to maintain independence.
• Ensure a safe home environment and promptly report changes or concerns.
