Happier At Home – Northeast Iowa is seeking compassionate, dependable in-home caregivers to support seniors in Clermont, IA. Join a team that helps clients stay independent, safe, and connected in their own homes.

Responsibilities include companionship, personal care, meals, light housekeeping, medication reminders, mobility support, appointments, and documenting care. Qualifications: 18+, HS diploma, 1 year caregiving, valid driver's license, background/drug checks.

Qualificações

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of caregiving experience required

Responsabilidades

• Provide companionship and meaningful social interaction
• Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry
• Provide medication reminders
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention
• Accompany clients to appointments and errands
• Observe and report changes in client condition
• Maintain accurate documentation and communication with the care team
