Responsibilities

Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management.
Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions.
Assist with mobility and transferring clients.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
Engage in conversation and provide companionship.
Monitor and report changes in client condition to supervisor.
