Sunrise Primary Care Services in North Texas is seeking compassionate Personal Care Attendants to provide in-home care to seniors and disabled clients. You will assist with daily living activities, mobility, meals, medications, light housekeeping, and safety monitoring in clients' homes with flexible full-time/part-time scheduling.

- Must be 18 years or older

- Compassion for seniors and individuals with disabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable and punctual
Responsabilités
- Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene
- Provide oral care, skin care, and hair care
- Support toileting needs
- Assist with walking, transfers, and positioning
- Help clients move safely throughout the home
- Prepare light meals
- Assist with feeding and hydration
- Support clients with self-administered medications
- Light housekeeping (cleaning, dusting, vacuuming)
- Laundry and linen changes
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment
- Follow infection control and safety procedures
- Monitor and report changes in client condition
- Assist with scheduling transportation
- Escort clients to appointments or accompany them as needed
- Complete and submit required reports accurately and on time
