SafeStreets is hiring Elite Home Pros to deliver a premium 5-Star experience in Smart Security. You will meet homeowners, assess their needs, and present customized ADT-monitored security packages.

The role includes in-home appointments scheduled by our Inside Sales team, comprehensive paid training, and an uncapped commission structure that rewards performance. No cold-calling or D2D selling.

Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial and career oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
• Proof of vehicle insurance (100/300/100 minimum).

Responsibilities

• Helping homeowners create customized Smart Security solutions for their personal needs.

• Customized installation, troubleshooting, and demonstration of ADT-monitored security systems.
