Job summary

West Shore Home is hiring a Design Consultant to lead in-home consultations for bathrooms, flooring, windows and doors. You will work in Indianapolis with a rotating schedule and warm, pre-set leads, guiding customers through a one-call close sales process.

This role offers a competitive base salary with uncapped commissions and a bonus program, along with comprehensive benefits and professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly connect with customers in a professional environment.

• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles; recent grads welcome.
• Must have a smartphone to log into company systems (2FA).

Responsibilities

• Follow a monthly rotating schedule.
• Be available Mon–Fri 9:00 AM–7:00 PM and Tue–Sat 9:00 AM–7:00 PM during weeks 3–4; Sat 9:00 AM–2:00 PM.
• Sales appointments are about 2 hours each.
• Attend weekly team meetings and training workshops.
• Guide customers through a personalized one-call close sales process.
• No cold-calling or lead generation; all leads are warm and pre-set.

Purpose Of Position

An In-Home Sales Representative serves as the primary point of contact for all customers by delivering the West Shore Home sales method to secure customer agreements to purchase our products and services.

Key Role Accountabilities

• Follow a monthly rotating schedule:
• Weeks 1–2: Mon–Fri, available 9:00 AM–7:00 PM
• Weeks 3–4: Tues–Fri (9:00 AM–7:00 PM) & Sat (9:00 AM–2:00 PM)
• Sales appointments are about 2 hours each
• Attend weekly team meetings and training workshops
• Guide customers through a personalized one-call close sales process
• No cold-calling or lead generation- all leads are warm and pre-set. We want you to do what you do best- selling!

Compensation

• Competitive base salary
• Uncapped commission
• Annual Net Sales Bonus Program
• Expected first year income earnings up to $200K+

Minimum Requirements

• The ability to quickly connect with anyone in an environment
• A competitive nature with a drive to succeed
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Previous sales experience but we’ve also seen great success with recent grads and those from retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles
• Must have a valid smart phone or smart device in order to log into Company required systems using two-factor authentication
