Luxury Bath is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to meet with homeowners and guide them through bath remodeling options in their homes. The role emphasizes presenting pricing, financing, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

This commission-based position offers unlimited earning potential and includes company-provided leads, a flexible schedule, paid training, and ongoing coaching to help you grow with a locally owned company.

Qualificações

• Excellent communication and people skills required.
• Sales experience preferred, home-improvement sales a plus.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Comfortable giving presentations and asking for the sale.

Responsabilidades

• Meet with homeowners in their homes using company-provided appointments.
• Listen to customers' needs and recommend the best bath remodeling solution.
• Design projects using our iPad-based sales system.
• Present pricing and financing options.
• Close sales and provide an outstanding customer experience.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and training.
