Cardinal Baths in Seattle seeks an enthusiastic In-Home Sales Representative to meet with homeowners and design bath remodeling solutions using our iPad-based tools. Pre-qualified leads and flexible scheduling help you build a strong, commission-driven income.

What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners in their homes using company-provided appointments
• Listen to customers' needs and recommend the best bath remodeling solution
• Design projects using our iPad-based sales system
• Present pricing and financing options
• Close sales and provide an outstanding customer experience
• Attend weekly sales meetings and training

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and people skills
• Sales experience preferred (home improvement sales is a plus)
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Comfortable giving presentations and asking for the sale
• Reliable transportation
• Must live in or near the Spokane area
• Professional appearance and positive attitude

Compensation

This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential. Successful representatives have the opportunity to earn $150,000 to $200,000+ annually based on performance.
