50Floor is seeking a Sales Representative (Design Consultant) to guide customers in selecting flooring solutions during in-home showroom visits. You will leverage pre-qualified leads and deliver expert recommendations to fit each space and lifestyle.

In this commission-based role, you will travel up to 85 miles, close deals with a typical 40%–55% closing rate, and collaborate with leadership to optimize selling processes while providing outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Reliable automobile and automotive insurance.
• Strong communication skills with a passion for customer service.
• Ability to work from 8 am - 8 pm on weekdays and some Saturdays.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a drive to excel and achieve.
• Strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
