Job summary

Luxury Bath seeks an in-home sales representative to meet homeowners in their residence and present bath remodeling options. You’ll design proposals, present pricing and financing, and close sales while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

This commission-based role offers unlimited earning potential and requires strong communication, self-motivation, and reliable transportation. Spokane-area preferred, Portland area served.

Qualifications

• Minimum proven sales experience, preferably in home improvement.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented and reliable.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners in their homes using company-provided appointments.
• Listen to needs and recommend bath remodeling solutions.

What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners in their homes using company-provided appointments
• Listen to customers' needs and recommend the best bath remodeling solution
• Design projects using our iPad-based sales system
• Present pricing and financing options
• Close sales and provide an outstanding customer experience
• Attend weekly sales meetings and training

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and people skills
• Sales experience preferred (home improvement sales is a plus)
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Comfortable giving presentations and asking for the sale
• Reliable transportation
• Must live in or near the Spokane area
• Professional appearance and positive attitude

Compensation

This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential. Successful representatives have the opportunity to earn $150,000 to $200,000+ annually based on performance.
