Job summary

Luxury Bath of Texoma is seeking an driven In-Home Sales Representative in Wichita Falls, TX to meet with pre-qualified homeowners and guide them through our premium bath remodeling solutions. You’ll use our sales process and design tools to close deals and build strong relationships.

This commission-based role offers unlimited earning potential ($150,000–$250,000+ per year). Pre-qualified leads are provided, with training and flexible scheduling to fit top performers committed to success.

Qualifications

• Must have sales experience and be willing to travel.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Previous in-home sales experience preferred.
• Home improvement or remodeling sales experience is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the Wichita Falls market and surrounding areas.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented.
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
