Home Genius Exteriors is expanding nationwide and seeks a driven Home Remodeling Expert to join our full-time sales team. In-home presentations with pre-qualified homeowners, you will assess needs, propose solutions, and close deals with uncapped commissions.

High performers can earn substantial income with a robust first-year average. Expect a fast-paced role requiring strong communication, organization, and self-motivation.

Position: Home Remodeling Expert

Step into a full-time, W-2, outside sales role meeting pre-qualified homeowners, delivering impactful presentations, and closing high-ticket deals. Top performers are earning up to $300K/year!

Pay: $90K–$300K/year (UNCAPPED commission!)
Average First-Year Earnings: $100K–$150K

Key Responsibilities:
