Bachman's Roofing powered by Victors Home Solutions, in the Bensalem area, is seeking In Home Sales Representatives to join our team. You’ll run appointments, perform roof and attic inspections, and help homeowners select premium products with outstanding service.

No roofing experience is required; we value a strong work ethic, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently. You’ll be supported by a dynamic team, with ongoing training and the potential for high earnings and strong

Qualifications

• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Attention to detail is essential for inspections and sales.
• Must have a clean driving record and pass a background check.
• No prior sales experience required; willingness to learn is key.
• Ability to demonstrate mastery of our sales system.
• Comfort with walking on roofs and lifting 50–80 lbs.

This person must have a high sense of urgency to give clients a positive experience while achieving sales targets. This job is about people, and spending time as a sales professional out in the field.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Running appointments
